Find your job
Seasonal jobs are great ways to earn money. Before you start, it’s important to know what your skill set is and what type of work would be the best fit for you.
Do you want to interact with guests or do you prefer to be behind the scenes? Do you have a special skill like cooking or speaking a foreign language?
Not sure? We can help! A quick chat with one of our professional advisors will help narrow down the field of possibilities to something that will be a perfect fit.
Of course, for some people, it’s not about what they will be doing but more about where they will be doing it. If you have your heart set on spending the summer in North Carolina’s Outer Banks we’ll help you experience life in the Carolinas.

Packing tips
Some people need a suitcase and others only need a backpack. What you take is up to you. However, we have some suggestions to consider:
- Weather. Summer looks (and feels) differently in different parts of the country. Look up seasonal weather patterns for your new home and believe what they tell you.
- Work attire. Review our information regarding your position for required uniforms or specific attire needed. Some positions require a certain type of footwear, others provide a specific shirt. We will outline anything you need to purchase in advance to meet the requirements of your employer.
- Housing amenities. Review details on housing option to determine whether or not you need to bring sheets, towels, etc. or purchase upon arrival.
Interview tips
Be yourself.
Be on time, be polite, and be prepared to talk.
Tell them about yourself – they want to know who you are.
Interviews go both ways, you are interviewing them, too! Ask questions about the job: what will you be doing? How will they determine if you are successful at doing it? What is something they can tell you about the job that they think is interesting or important? What’s challenging about the position?

Accommodations
Finding a place to live can be stressful, from finding roommates to setting up utilities.
Ever wonder what your life would be like some place different – what you would be like someplace different?
