I maintained all of the same responsibilities as the previous properties I managed; such as showing and leasing apartments, collecting rent, processing invoices, ensuring excellent customer service to our guests and residents by maintaining the property and ensuring that maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner and that community guidelines were being followed.
2015 - 2019
My responsibilities included showing and leasing apartments, serving legal notices and promptly initiating legal action if necessary, marketing online, shopping and networking with competition by doing monthly marketing surveys followed by pricing proposals to the Regional Manager, managing accounts payable by reviewing and judiciously approving invoices, preparing weekly status reports, working with various vendors, supervising maintenance technician(s) and overseeing that maintenance service requests were completed in a timely manner as well as vacant units being turned on time. In addition, my main goal at all times was to ensure that our residents’ needs were meet in all aspects of their tenancy.
