    I am a junior biology major, chemistry minor on the Worcester State Women\'s Soccer team that is enthusiastic about helping people (especially kids) find the confidence to become the best version of themselves. Encouraging people and providing them with the tools they need to achieve goals they didn\'t believe they could is what motivates me. I believe that my experience playing team sports for the past 16 years has given allowed me to realize the power of teamwork, camaraderie, discipline and finding self confidence doing something you love.

    Clinical Aide

    • Take over patient care when needed which includes demonstrating, explaining and encouraging patients through a wide variety of proper stretching and exercise techniques as well as self-myofascial release technique • Provide patients with different E-stim modalities such as pre-mod, interferential & russian (plus heat or ice if needed/requested) • Administer laser heat therapy to patients where needed • Carry out basic housekeeping tasks such as changing pillow cases & wiping down tables between patients, doing laundry, wiping down equipment, filling hydrocollators & keeping bathrooms stocked with necessary supplies (as well as other duties) • Create home program print outs for patients from a database of stretches and exercises • Able to perform all of these tasks when needed which has given me a well-rounded ability to multitask and deal with a fast pace work environment

    • Worked with a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with a major in exercise science to create and implement training protocol for the needs of youth, high school, college and adult training groups • Learned how to structure exercise programs based on the needs of the trainee and independently coach athletes through their workouts • Practiced time management in order to successfully complete the intended workout in a given time span • Developed the ability to command attention and coach with intent and knowledgeable instruction • Composed detailed responses to athlete’s nutrition diaries each week on what aspects of their current eating patterns can be improved upon given their current goals and health requirements
