The Work Nomads was born out of a real need: Employers in seasonal resort towns have a hard time finding seasonal employees.  It’s not a new problem, we’ve been doing this for 30 years.  Small seaside towns and mountain ski resorts simply don’t have enough people living in town to staff positions during the busy season. Employers turn to us to help them find people who are looking for temporary, part-time, and seasonal positions.

We work with the employer to find the best people for the job and we work with each candidate every step of the way. From interview tips to your flight to your new destination – we’re here every step of the way! You’ll be meeting and working with different people from all over.
